The phone has a 6.67-inch Quad HD+ display on the front which is a first on any OnePlus smartphone. The screen has 516 PPI and it offers a refresh rate of 90Hz. The display on the OnePlus 7 Pro can get up to 800 nits bright and also offers HDR10/10+ support. With the 90Hz refresh rate, scrolling feels smoother and instant than the regular smartphone displays which have 60Hz refresh rate. OnePlus achieved a whopping 93% screen-to-body ratio thanks to the pop-up selfie camera. The phone measures 8.8mm in thickness and weights 206 grams. OnePlus 7 Pro: Hardware and Software Well, when it comes to hardware, OnePlus always packs the best in the Android world. The OnePlus 7 Pro is powered by the 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM. The phone comes in other RAM configurations- 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB and the maxed out version of 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Like the earlier OnePlus smartphones, the OnePlus 7 Pro also lacks a microSD card slot, so if you’re a storage hogger, you are free to choose the high-end model. Also, it’s UFS 3.0 technology, so data transfer speeds will be much faster on the OnePlus 7 Pro. The handset also has an in-display fingerprint scanner like the one we saw on the OnePlus 6T. As for other features, there aren’t many. The OnePlus 7 Pro lacks wireless charging and waterproof rating. But there’s the good old alert slider on the right side and the phone supports Warp Charge 30 charging technology. OnePlus has added dual Stereo speakers support to the OnePlus 7 Pro and the phone also offers Dolby Atmos. The smartphone boots OxygenOS 9.0 based on Android 9 Pie and it’ll have support for Android Q Beta right after the launch. As for the battery, there’s a 4000mAh unit underneath.
OnePlus 7 Pro: Cameras The OnePlus 7 Pro is the first OnePlus smartphone to sport three cameras on the rear side and it’s also the first phone to come with pop-up selfie camera on the front. On the rear side, there’s a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor with f/1.6 aperture; Pairing the 48MP camera is an 8MP telephoto shooter and a 16MP ultra-wide angle lens. The phone offers a 3X optical zoom. As for videos, the OnePlus 7 Pro can shoot 4k and 1080 footage at 30 fps, 60 fps. The phone supports super slow-motion video recording at 1080p and 720p resolution. On the front, OnePlus has added a 16MP Sony IMX471 shooter and can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps. The 6GB+128GB variant of the 7 Pro costs Rs 48,999, 8GB+256GB model priced at Rs 52,999. Lastly, the premium variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage costs Rs 57,999 in the country. The OnePlus 7 sports a 6.26-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display and waterdrop notch. The phone also has a 48MP rear camera paired with a 5MP selfie shooter. It has dual stereo speakers, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM and UFS 3.0 storage. The phone comes at a price Rs 32,999 in Mirror Grey colour for the 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, while the 8GB+256GB variant costs Rs 37,999.
